New European Regulation on Chemicals (REACH)

As far as REACH Regulations are concerned, Qualiturn Products Ltd is classified as a Downstream user.
Qualiturn Products Ltd does not manufacture substances in the EU, or import substances from within or outside the EU.
As a Downstream user, Qualiturn Products Ltd has no duty to pre-register, or register their products.
We have contacted all of our suppliers requesting that they inform us whether or not the substances they supply will be registered between 1 June and 1 December 2008 by them or their upstream supplier, whether they will be subsequently registered by the appropriate deadlines and asking that they provide details or any substances which they or their suppliers do not intend to pre-register.
All of the responses received confirm that our suppliers will pre-register any substances between 1 June and 1 December 2008 and that they will subsequently be registered at the appropriate time.
