Arriving just before the chirstmas shut down, Star GB installed and commissioned our new machine to run over the holiday period.The machine run for 2weeks non stop saving 5secs a part from previous production methods, we manufactured 12,000 parts ready for call off in 2013. We also have a reduction it tool usage due to the New "B" axis control.

A New STAR SR32J machine is set to arrive ready for Christmas production, helping our customers by continuing to produce their turned parts over the Christmas holidays.

The Christmas working help us re stock components ready for our customer 2011 call offs. Our aim is to help customers with their supply problems my getting ahead of production, meaning quality turned parts are on the shelf ready for assembly / dispatch.

NEW ABX51 ARRIVES

On Wednesday the 22/09/10 QUALITURN took delivery of its MIYANO ABX51 with FMB 5-55 barfeeder from STAR GB, offering our customers a larger capacity of work, with lights out running. The new machine has twin turret multi axis machining with angle drilling and taping.
