If your company is designing new components and require some help with manufacturing advice, tips to reduce cost and tolerancing. Qualiturn will be  pleased to help. We will quote for manufacturing mill-turned components
up to 32 mm diameter on our sliding-headed lathes, or larger using our fixed-head machines. We help and work for all market sectors, big or small.

Qualimill is our new milling department within Qualiturn Products Ltd, we have bought a Doosan DMN650 with 5axis Head on table, offering complex parts made with less operations.

Who are qualiturn?

Qualiturn Products specialise in the production of C.N.C. high precision turned & millied components in a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium and plastics.

Customers include manufacturers of office equipment, electrical and computer components, medical products, model cars, telecommunications, aerospace, automotive and manufacturers of domestic appliances.

Since its formation in 1974, the company has maintained a policy of investment in state-of-the-art C.N.C. bar feed lathes including 7 axis machines, many of which have sub spindles and powered tool holders enabling high speed, precision turning of both large and small batches.
