Smaller precision parts such as couplings and fittings for the gas and oil industry are often in production on our shop floor, usually in various grades of stainless steel to withstand extreme operating conditions. To cope with machining of 'difficult' alloys, many of our turning machines have been fitted with high-pressure coolant delivery to break up the swarf, maintain accuracy and keep production going.
