High Volume Processing
A typical batch quantity received by Qualiturn is around 1,000-off. However, this can vary dramatically from just a few prototypes to runs of 50,000-off and more. Consignment stocking and supply schedules often apply to these contracts. Pins for respiratory devices and pivots for ring binder arms are examples of our higher volume processing.
