Please check your order carefully and ensure all details are correct and that our salesperson has clearly understood the products and/or services requested. Please insure we have the most current / correct drawing issues. Please send any sample or mating parts that will help us in our production.

If you are in any doubt please let us know immediately. Don’t forget we are here to help

 

 

We ask that all goods are paid for prior to delivery with clear funds for new customers. Account customer will be able to obtain a credit allowance. Please ring to check your credit allowance.

 

 

Qualiturn would ask that you inform them if there are any special delivery needs or different delivery addresses for your orders. Please ensure if any special packaging  used is returned for reuse.

 

 

Please insure all goods are checked and that any problems are reported within 1 week of receiving your goods.

 

 

Please note when orders are placed we may have ordered materials, tooling, gauges. We may sometimes have to pass these costs on.
