Qualiturn has ordered a Rota-Rack Rotary Parts catcher. The new investment will help with part quality and reduce part handling and damage. Parts can be easily damage when ejected from machines in operation, especialy 24hr running. The rota-rack unit will help to stop parts denting each other in end of process collection (tray at the end of the machine convoy).  In using this new machine we can maintain low cost high quality turn/mill components removing expensive operators on machine, passing savings on to our customers.
